Team names are required; logos are optional

Full Team Registration (receives 1st priority)

• Captains are in charge of registering their teams and providing the information of their teammates

Partially Filled Team (receives 2nd priority)

• Mention what positions you are missing and I will match people who registered individually to fill your team

Individual Registration

• You will be able to choose what position you want to register for on the form

• I will contact you if a team is needs a player (depending on your position)

• If there is a full team spot that is free, I will make a team of just individually registered players

Everyone who registers will get an update via email whether or not they got in

Once a team has paid their fee, then their spot is confirmed

Everyone has until Saturday, April 5th to drop their spot and still receive a full refund. Anyone that drops their spot after this date will only receive a refund if there is another team/person to take its place

• Individual: $175.00
